Administrative services as well as practical aspects of the community such as the security office, the Xul-Ha offices and parking lot can be found by the main entrance to the development. This is also where the 'Fuegos de Xul-Ha' restaurant is located, offering a "farm-to-table" concept that relies on the organic products harvested from our orchards.

This extraordinary place was designed to offer spacious relaxation areas embedded with nature. Furthermore it provides an exclusive residential area that will cohabit with the green areas, and that will be limited to 55 residential lots ranging from 10,760 sq ft to 28,500 sq ft each.
Green areas, orchards, nurseries, reforestation area as well as sports and leisure areas equipped for various activities such as tennis, soccer, beach volleyball, among others.
This phase stands out with a natural cenote and the comfortable installations surrounding it, thus creating spaces for the entire family to enjoy this gorgeous natural sinkhole of crystal-clear waters.
By the entrance of Phase 2 will rise an ecotourism hotel of cabanas and glamping that will cater primarily to Health and Wellbeing retreats.
Among other attractions, this phase will soon count with a massage area and a deck dedicated to yoga and outdoor activities. Adjacent to this area are two massive green areas along with a reforestation area, walking trails, relaxation areas, a temazcal and a sunset tower offering unique views of the Mayan jungle.
The first half of the Common Areas can be found near the entrance to Phase 2 and will be equipped with a pool, dressing rooms, bathrooms, a solarium, grills for barbecues, 'Casa Club' for multiple use, a picnic area with a playground, a visitors parking, an eco-parking, and the petanque court. And for the little ones there is an intrepid playground.

The very first phase of our development is located right on the Ruta de los Cenotes road and is the main access to Xul-Ha. The Service Area can be found near its entrance and currently counts with the reception palapa, a parking lot as well as an eco-parking for golf carts and courtesy bicycles, an outdoor space where you?ll find the ?Fuegos? restaurant and that is furthermore equipped with a barbecue and bonfire area as well as an orchard.
Soon will be added a Customer service area for lot owners and visitors with administrative, real estate, concierge and touristic information offices, as well as a picnic area with a kids playground, a mini market and an area for Crafts and Farmers markets where regional producers can set up a stall.
